Terms & Conditions

The Guest must notify the Perfect Host in writing of any cancellation or reduction in the number of rooms or room nights reserved based on the following schedule: –

1. Any cancellation within 03 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge Equivalent to the full length of stay will be imposed for each room not taken up or cancelled.
2. Any amendment in dates of check-in/checkout less than 07 days prior to arrival, a one-night cancellation penalty will be imposed per room (and separate from the full payment received).
   1. Shortened stay nights must be paid If requested after the amendment cut-off period
   2. No show: -A cancellation charge equivalent to the full length of stay will be imposed.
